Good Morning! Please join me for live maths and phonics. There is no afternoon catch up on a Wednesday but don’t forget to join Mrs Smith’s assembly at 2.20pm.

Phonics
If you can’t join in with our live session at 11 then please watch Lesson 23 of the Year 1 Spring Term Lessons where we review different ways of spelling the oa sound.
PE
Have a go at these home PE lessons which will help you practice your throwing skills. First try lesson 3- throwing for accuracy and then lesson 10- flat target accuracy. Have fun!
Heads up for tomorrow’s science
You will need some of the materials you used last week to build your wall. Straw, sugar cubes, sticks, lego bricks, etc. Some glue or sticky tape and some scales. In the lesson the teacher uses some balance scales but you could use some kitchen scales. If you prefer you can just watch the video. It does say to build your walls again ready for next week’s experiment which you could do or just remember to build them next week if you’d rather not have your walls hanging around for a week!
