Welcome to Meadow 4!
We may have had an unexpected visitor over the half term …

This week we have loved investigating space and 3D shapes. We also loved listening to our first chapter book in school, The Twits is super funny!

We made clay hedgehogs last week, they are finally dry and ready to bring home! We are really proud of them because we made them all by ourselves ☺️

We have been investigating an incident in the classroom, we think aliens may have crash landed!

Today we celebrated Chinese New Year, we made lanterns and dragon pictures and tasted fortune cookies and prawn crackers! Yum!

Over the last few weeks we have been investigating subtraction, the children have enjoyed all their activities and also love the song below!

We are really enjoying our creative afternoons this half term. We are learning the ‘Cha Cha Cha’, sketching animals and memorising poetry and short songs!

Check out our new page on the blog where there will be links to songs and games that the children like in school. Click on the ‘Useful Links’ link on the top right of the main page!
The children loved shopping for their families at the secret shop,

We had lots of fun making tree decorations to sell at the Christmas fair, we worked with Grayling Foundation and Grayling 1!
